You setup your default payment terms, methods of shipping, rules, etc. These will automatically appear on each item you sell or auction.

For Sale: Items for sale run until the end of the calendar year, they are sold or you cancel the item, whichever comes first. You won't have to relist these items every x number of days like the other guys. So ItsGottaGo is much more like an online store with 'for sale' items. When a product is sold you will use your invoice menu option to provide the shipping amount and any applicable taxes and thus create an invoice that goes to the buyer. This can include any special instructions on payment. When you get the payment and ship the item you can mark it as completed/paid and provide the buyer with a tracking number if available and final thanks.

Auction Items: You decide what length they run, if there is a reserve, what the bid increment is. When a product is won you will use your invoice menu option to provide the shipping amount and any applicable taxes and thus create an invoice that goes to the winner. This can include any special instructions on payment. When you get the payment and ship the item you can mark it as completed/paid and provide the winner with a tracking number if available and final thanks.

Online Store and Auction. So ItsGottaGo is an auction and online store all rolled into one? Yes. All the sale an auction items are intermingled, the shopper does not have to locate a separate link to go look at your online store (For Sale) items because they are all intermingled with the auction items.

Membership: The current membership fee is: $50.00. This is an annual membership. Plans are to increase this amount in April, so signup now! When you signup and continue to renew your membership without allowing it to elapse, you will continue to pay the same as your initial membership. Your annual membership will renew on your anniversary of your signup date and payment date. Renewal email will be sent to remind you regarding renewal time and you will also see an alert in your seller menu.

Not every website or auction website is the same and that is the case with ItsGottaGo.com

The sellers can 'sell' or 'auction' a product.

Sellers set their own terms and methods of payment and shipping. The system is setup so that at the end of an auction or when something is sold, you will get an invoice that includes shipping.

Your job is to pay on time and then rate your experience with the seller. If you have questions about an item you may contact the seller via the website.

Buying: Items for sale could have multiple quantities, you choose how many you want and the purchase process begins.

Auctions: Auctions can have hidden reserves or not. The seller will set the starting or opening bid and the minimum bid increment. You will bid, others may bid against you. The Amount you bid is what you bid, that is how REAL auctions work. The site will let you know if there is a reserve price and it will let you know as soon as the reserve is "Met". For an item to be won on an auction with a reserve amount, this auction will have to have a high bid that has at a minimum met the reserve price. When an auction closes you will receive an invoice from the seller that includes appropriate shipping and any applicable taxes; remember to read the sellers policies on their items before you bid.

Look for "help" in various sections on the website. That will be the green question marks (?). When you see them highlight the ? with your mouse to read the help.
